Return and Refund Policy

At The William Allen Co Boutique, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receipt of shipment, if the following parameters below are satisfied:

  • With tags STILL attached.
  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors (body odor, perfume, smoke, deodorant, sweat, etc.)

Please review that the parameters above are met before the return is initiated!

The Customer has an additional 7 days to mail items back. If items are not mailed back within this time frame, return authorization will be voided.

To return your product for a refund, the Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping or shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If an item is defective, The William Allen Co Boutique will take full responsibility, after proof of the defective item. A shipping label will be provided for return. Once the defective item is received back, a refund will be processed with 3-5 business days.

Items that are DO NOT qualified for returns:

  • Items purchased on clearance
  • Items purchased during an event, conference, popup or party
  • Items that have been used
  • Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. The William Allen Co Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the return will be void and Customer contacted.
